At a time when the skyrocketing cost of renting a house has left many families in a bind, a glimmer of hope has been provided by the government in the form of a “Housing Deposit Loan.” According to Persian Sazeh, registration for this facility began on May 7, and tenants can apply for this loan by visiting the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s Seman system.
Who can receive this loan?
The government has set clear conditions for receiving this facility. The applicant must:
- Not own any property or land for residential use.
- Not have any active housing facilities.
- Provide a lease agreement with a tracking code that is no more than six months old.
- Have registered their residence information in the Real Estate and Housing System.
- Be married.
Of course, eligible single applicants are also included in this plan: women over 35 years of age and men over 45 years of age.
